Anthony has dedicated his legal career to helping clients find a smarter way to divorce, resolve child custody disputes, and establish fair support arrangements.
Anthony’s focus is to resolve cases in the most cost effective and timely manner. This includes out-of-court negotiation, mediation, or binding arbitration. If those methods fail, or the case has minimal chance of resolution out of court, Anthony has extensive courtroom experience.
Anthony has been recognized throughout Pennsylvania for his work in the field of family law and family law litigation. Anthony is one of two attorneys selected state-wide as at-large members of the Executive Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section. He is an adjunct professional of Family Law at the Widener University Commonwealth Law School. Anthony Co-Chairs the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section Rules Committee, which gives guidance on a state-wide regarding rule and laws that affect domestic litigation.
Anthony has analyzed, litigated, researched, taught, or written about a wide scope of family law issues. Anthony recently co-authored a book analyzing child support, spousal support, and alimony pendente lite. Anthony, with other leading family law practitioners, is in the process of creating a course and drafting a book to assist other family law attorneys prepare divorce, support, and custody agreements.
Anthony is also an active leader in family law on local level. Anthony has served on the board of the Dauphin County Bar Association and currently serves on the Dauphin County Court Relations Committee. Anthony recently taught a course on updates to the Pennsylvania Divorce Code and the Dauphin County Divorce Rules to several other local attorneys. Anthony previously clerked in the York County Court, and maintains several connections in the York County legal community. Anthony is a member of the Cumberland County Bar Association family law section, and recently presented a CLE to the Cumberland County family law attorneys. Anthony has been appointed to the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section Council, and regularly consults with other professionals on how changes in family law impact his clients.
